Kaieteur Guest House
Kaieteur Guest House
Located in the Kaieteur National Park, the Guest House was built in 1975, by the Government, and was refurbished in 2003. It is a picturesque building, with a quaint veranda, located near the falls. There are two bedrooms, each containing a bed, with one of the rooms having a private bathroom.

In addition to the bedrooms, there are 12 hammocks which can be hung inside. Solar powered electricity (110V), water, stove, large dining table, and cookware are available. The Guest House contains a water catchment system and rain water is used as drinking water, so carry purification tablets if you are not planning on bringing in enough potable water. All food must be taken in though there is adequate cookware and utensils to use as needed. The resident housekeeper is more than willing to assist in food preparation if you would like help making meals.
